How does ONLINE coaching work?
You’ll apply for coaching and we’ll reach out to schedule a time to chat! :)
If you move forward, you’ll download our coaching app, where your personalized training and/or nutrition plan will become accessible. Your first week is an assessment week, for both training and nutrition plans.
After assessment week, you’ll have the first week of your personalized training and/or nutrition program and begin following our talked about plan!
You’ll receive feedback, accountability, and support from us on a weekly or daily basis — depending on your package. That said, you can ask us questions or send us messages at any time!
Regardless of the package, you’ll have weekly check-ins and accountability for continual updates and monitoring of your progress.
How are payments set up?
Monthly payment subscriptions are set-up via PayPal. If necessary, we can also use alternative payment methods.
How will we communicate when we start?
We’ll communicate through the app! There is a tab for direct messaging, where we can chat about future plans, check-in responses, ask questions, or if you want to update us with any new information!
How do form checks work?
For each exercise we’ve programmed for you within the app, there will be an option to record and upload a form check video from your phone! Once you’ve signed up, we’ll provide guidance on how to set your phone up for the video.
Depending on which coaching package you’ve chosen, you’ll receive that feedback within 24 hours or during your next weekly check-in.
Do I need to track Macros & calories with the Nutrition Coaching?
If you sign up for Nutrition Coaching, but don’t want to track your calories and macros everyday, you can add the Meal Log Feedback option to your package. This provides additional guidance without relying on macro or calorie tracking. This will allow you to shift focus to improvements on your portion sizes, food choices, and food quality for your goals — all while using other methods to portion your food.

CAN I UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE MY PLAN?
Yes! You can always upgrade or downgrade. Regardless of the coaching package, we will ensure that you are moving forward with your goals and progress!
Can I request to work with a certain coach?
Yes! You can do this on the application form — as long as that coach is taking on clients at the time!

Lexes: NASM CPT (certified personal trainer). NASM CES (corrective exercise specialist). NASM FNS (fitness nutrition specialist). NASM PES (Sports performance specialist). NASM BHS (Behavior change specialist). 10+ years experience — personal training and coaching since 2014.
Bryan: NASM CPT (certified personal trainer). NASM CES (corrective exercise specialist). Physical & Occupational Therapy Assistant. Biology Degree. 5+ years experience — personal training and coaching since 2020.
